Staff Reporter A 24-YEAR-OLD male resident of the Oluhalu village in the Tsandi constituency of the Omusati Region was arrested recently accused of bestiality. According to a police report, the suspect was caught literally with his pants down having sexual intercourse with a goat in the grazing area.
