Staff Reporter THE Namibian police are seeking public assistance in tracing four men who stabbed a 19-year-old boy after demanding marijuana from him. According to the weekend crime report, the murder happened in Otjiwarongo on 7 October 2024 at around 20:29 in Extension 6, near Uppi’s Guest House.
