Staff Reporter PRESIDENT Nangolo Mbumba has made it clear that the recently adopted Pact for the Future, which has been met with suspicion by some, does not impose any legal obligations on Namibia but simply provides guidelines and proposals for governments to collaborate in addressing global challenges.
