Staff Reporter THE Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security recently opened a regional head office in Keetmanshoop, //Kharas Region. The office was inaugurated by the Vice President, Dr. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, who described the building as a milestone in ensuring that no one is excluded from accessing government services in the country.
