February 9, 2025 (PORT SUDAN) – Sudan’s foreign ministry on Sunday urged the international community to support a post-conflict roadmap that includes the resumption of the political process. The call comes after the army regained control of areas in Sennar, Al-Jazirah, and large parts of Khartoum and Um Ruwaba in North Kordofan, effectively controlling all supply routes in the country, except for those in Darfur and West Kordofan.
