Court of Appeal yet to hear Rev Kusi Boateng's contempt suit against Ablakwa, case not dismissed — Lawyers [Modern Ghana]
Lawyers for Reverend Victor Kusi Boateng say the appeal against the ruling dismissing the application for committal for contempt of Mr Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has not been struck out or dismissed. They said the substantive appeal was yet to be heard by the Court of Appeal.
