Staff Reporter The construction of a replacement pipeline for the Ondangwa-Oshali section is expected to be completed within 12 months. This was announced by Abraham Nehemia, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NamWater, at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Ondangwa-Omutsegwonime pipeline replacement project.
