Staff Reporter LIAAN de Kock, a 40-year-old former stockbroker for Simonis Storm Securities, was granted bail in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court this week. De Kock stands accused of fraud after he allegedly sold shares worth N$9 million belonging to clients of Simonis Storm Securities without authorization.
